Following his tenure at Shell, Irfan took on senior leadership roles across various fuel retail networks in Pakistan. Most notably, he spent six years at Flow Petroleum Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in incubating and transforming the company while serving as General Manager – Retail Sales & Network Development. He was later appointed Head of Retail at Conoil Plc (Nigeria), taking on an expatriate assignment and leading strategic growth in West Africa’s dynamic and deregulated downstream market.
